Aloe vera plant, known by the botanical name Alo Indica, belonging to the genus Liliaceae, is also known as Kumari, Griha Kanya, Srutu Kumari, Kumarika. Aloe vera plant is a plant that grows very well in tropical regions like America, Africa, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

It is special that the aloe plant contains 20 of the 22 amino acids needed by the human body. Aloe vera contains 7 types of amino acids that the body needs but cannot produce in the body. It has also been recognized as an anti-cancer plant as well as being rich in protein.

In the past, people have also used aloe vera as a remedy for night blindness caused by vitamin deficiency

Aloe vera contains vitamins A, C, D, and E and folic and nic acid, copper, magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc, and iron. This is a strong medicine to prevent some cancers, protein deficiencies in the blood. Aloe vera is used as a medicine for eye diseases, nutritional deficiencies, anemia, to strengthen weak immunity, as a remedy for stomach injuries, as a remedy for intestinal injuries, for hemorrhoids, diabetes, and menopausal diseases.
