Since ancient times, green porridge has been used as a food and sometimes as a medicine in the daily life of Asian countries like India and Sri Lanka. 

With the knowledge obtained through the inspiration of Ayuveda and local medicine, our forefathers added foods such as green porridge, which are very beneficial to the body, to their diet, which may have led to their healthy existence.
